Did you know that we have over 100 Chakras?
I know right - google it, its true.

The most commonly talked about are our core seven Chakras.

I will focus on what I call the core seven Chakras. Each Chakra is located a a particular point in the body and allows for energy flow. Often we experience Chakra blockages that disrupts energy flow and can cause or contribute significantly to health and emotional issues. In some cases blocked Chakras is where disease begins. It is so important to clear and cleanse our core Chakras

Each door gives us access to our bodies, emotions and soul.
Our ROOT (RED) Chakra is where it all begins…

 

Principals of the 7 Chakra

  1. Each Chakra is connected to a particular location on the body

  2. Each Chakra is connected to specific feelings and has its own purpose to serve the human experience

  3. Each Chakra is associated with a particular colour

  4. Chakra’s energy spins and each chakra can spin in different directions

  5. Chakra energy shines/flows throughout the body and projects out of the body the same (front and back of the body)

  6. We can open and close our chakras, it is how we attract energy (good and bad) and it is where we store this energy in the body

  7. Specific Crystals (that have been charged) for each Chakra can help cleanse and heal Chakras

  8. Angels and Archangels can help you heal unbalanced Chakras

 
 

Chakras & Body Positions

1.   Root Chakra: Base of the spine, bright RED

2.   Sacral Chakra: Below belly, bright ORANGE

3.   Solar Plexus: Below the rib cage, bright YELLOW

4.   Heart Charka: Centre of the chest, bright GREEN and PINK

5.   Throat Chakra: Centre of the neck, bright BLUE

6.   Third Eye Chakra: Centre of the forehead, bright INDIGO

7.   Crown Chakra: Top of the head

Note: Upon deep driving into research is when you will learn that the Heart and the Crown Chakra can often be two colours. Remember it’s all about what makes sense to you, so if you only feel one colour, than the Chakra is one colour to you. These things can change… it’s energy which is always moving so in time you could identify with a different colour or both when looking at the Heart and Crown Chakras.

Emotions and Chakras

  1. Root Chakra is our sense of security, safety and connects us to Mother Nature

  2. Sacral Chakra is where our sexuality, desire, creativity

  3. Solar Plexus is our self esteem, self worth,

  4. Heart Chakra is self love, healing, forgiveness

  5. Throat Chakra is our ability to speak our truth

  6. Third eye chakra is our intuition

  7. Crown Chakra is our connection to our higher selfs, the Divine

Ways to clear & cleanse our Chakra

1. Mediation

Mediation is the number one way to cleanse and clear. There are other methods, such as journaling, talking to a friend or professional, exercise are all ways of letting go of toxic emotion that is blocking your chakras.

Personally I like to mediate and give the energy back to Mother Nature to renew. Mediation can be challenging because you have to live in your emotion to truly heal it which is uncomfortable and upsetting depending on what you are working through. However it is worth it! As always, the main thing is you do whatever method works for you. Stick with it, change it up as needed.

Chakras & Archangels

This I feel should be it’s own page, it is amazing the connection. Of course Chakra’s and Angels is just as fascinating. For whatever reason I am drawn to Archangles and found this website that really helped me and I think its cool. Like most websites they have a very narrow lense are text heavy in a non appealing way and are trying to sell you something.
